Anna Hrymak-Stanek, LL.M. Partner | Advocate
Anna Hrymak-Stanek is an advocate (adwokat), entered in the list of advocates of the District Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, she holds the LL.M degree from the Europa Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder).
She gained her experience at well-known Polish and international law firms (Noerr, Roedl&Partner, Drzewiecki Tomaszek & Wspólnicy).
Anna has participated in many M&A projects, gaining a wide experience in matters relating to civil, commercial and IP law. Anna is competent in preparing civil law contracts. Her practice so far has included both civil and penal court proceedings, as well as representation of Clients in administrative proceedings, inter alia before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, in cases connected with product safety and unfair competition.
Anna’s practice to date has included work for the retail (FMCG), publishing, automotive, construction, agricultural and household equipment industries.
At the Firm, she works in Polish, German and English.
