Sławomir Reszka is a legal counsel. He runs the Sławomir Reszka Law Firm and serves as a managing partner at the Salire law firm. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and possesses over 20 years of professional experience.
As a legal counsel experienced in commercial law and corporate governance, he is actively involved in the creation and development of business ventures. He combines legal expertise with a strategic perspective, supporting management boards, owners, and supervisory bodies in building organizational value, managing risk, and executing development projects—including in crisis situations. He has also gained experience through his service on supervisory and advisory boards.
He specializes in commercial law, particularly restructuring and bankruptcy law. He also provides legal assistance throughout investment processes, ranging from the real estate acquisition stage and construction execution to the conclusion of warranty and guarantee periods.
He has prepared and executed numerous transactions in the residential and commercial real estate markets. His practice also encompasses white-collar criminal law. In cooperation with the STANEK law firm, he supports projects requiring specialized expertise in restructuring, bankruptcy, investments, and commercial law, and collaborates on matters intersecting white-collar criminal law and tax law.
