A client of the Firm obtained a favourable judgment from the Provincial Administrative Court (WSA) in a VAT case. The matter had previously been reviewed by the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA), which required the tax authority to re-examine the case, conduct a comprehensive assessment of the facts and take into account the Court’s legal assessment 

We would like to kindly inform you that the Stanek-Legal Law Office has started cooperation with Professor Mariusz Jabłoński, head of the Constitutional Law Department at the University of Wrocław and a specialist in the field of constitutional law, personal data protection and the right to access public information.  

As of 1 st January 2018, the Law Office’s address changes. The new office is located at Bukowińska Street 26b/40.
