Agnieszka Posmyk is a German lawyer (*Rechtsanwältin*) admitted to the Berlin Bar Association (*Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin*) and a Polish legal counsel (*radca prawny*) entered on the list maintained by the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. As both a Polish legal counsel and a German lawyer, she is authorized to practice law on a permanent basis in both Poland and Germany.
She completed her legal studies by passing the First State Examination in Law (*Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen*) at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and also studied European law at the University of Rennes 1 in Rennes, France, obtaining a Master’s degree in law.
She completed her legal traineeship in Brandenburg. During this time, she gained experience working at a regional court and a public prosecutor’s office, as well as at a German law firm in Frankfurt and a law firm in London. She concluded her training by passing the Second State Examination in Law (*Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen*) in Berlin and was admitted to the Berlin Bar. From 2010 to 2016, she worked for the renowned German law firm Noerr in Warsaw.
