- representing a leading Client in the cable-processing market in insolvency proceedings in Germany;
- representing a renewable-energy-sector Client in a payment dispute arising from the defective delivery of filtration equipment;
- carrying out the establishment of companies in Germany;
- advising on the acquisition of residential property in Germany;
