Selected experience of the Firm’s lawyers:
- obtaining a Supreme Court judgment setting aside a court of appeal judgment which had dismissed the Client’s damages claim, in a case requiring resolution of an important legal issue concerning the concept of loss;
- obtaining a favourable court of appeal ruling in a dispute with a bank concerning recovery of undue payments arising from complex currency option transactions;
- representing an international retail chain in unfair competition disputes, including claims relating to so-called shelf fees;
- conducting interim relief proceedings and securing claims in complex commercial disputes;
- representing a recycling-sector Client in cross-border proceedings against German insolvency administrators, resulting in the dismissal of claims and applications brought against the Client;
- representing Clients in disputes concerning investments, real estate, leases and performance of commercial agreements, including high-value matters.
