Szymon Kołecki is a partner at the tax advisory firm KMDP and has been a licensed tax advisor since 2005.
He has over 22 years of professional experience, gained—among other places—within the tax advisory departments of EY and KPMG. He specializes in transaction and optimization advisory, particularly regarding corporate and personal income tax, real estate tax, and the tax on civil law transactions.
He has participated in over 100 due diligence processes and advised on business contributions in kind, mergers, corporate spin-offs, refinancings, and tax audits. In cooperation with STANEK, he supports projects requiring specialized tax advice, particularly at the intersection of tax disputes, transactions, and tax risks.
